Wafer platform is owned by BLOMINVEST which is licensed by the Capital Market Authority, license number 08094-37 .
Individuals can register on the platform by opening an investment account online and then explore available opportunities and subscribe to them.
After registration and completing the required information, you will find details of your investment account on the platform. You can then transfer funds to your account and use the funds to invest in available opportunities. Profits and capital distributions will be paid to the same account, and you can transfer the balance to your registered bank account on the platform.
The minimum is 1,000 Saudi Riyals unless the terms and conditions of the fund state otherwise. The maximum for retail investors is 200,000 Saudi Riyal per fund. There is no maximum limit for qualified investors.

Subscription fee is 2% of the subscription amount + Value Added Tax (unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the fund), plus any remaining fees at the fund level according to the terms and conditions of each fund.
